At Positech Innovation, our CNC machine is an integral part of our in-house manufacturing process. It allows us to precisely produce several essential components for our solutions. Among its main uses, the cutting of our fabrics plays a central role, while also supporting the cutting of ABS sheets, metal components and jigs.

Much more than a simple production tool, the CNC is a true driver of innovation for our team.

Fabric cutting

The CNC allows us to accurately cut the fabric used to manufacture our back supports, nos seat cushions,, nos thoracic supports and other textile components.

Thanks to the CNC, we are able to:

  • Cut the various fabric pieces with high precision

  • Ensure consistent dimensions and shapes

  • Efficiently produce standard formats

This level of precision results in more stable assembly, better distribution of fabric tension and a more durable final product.

ABS for the fabrication of our supports

The CNC is also used to machine ABS sheets for the fabrication of thoracic supports.

ABS makes it possible to produce supports that are:

  • Strong

  • Lightweight

  • Durable

Machining ABS sheets with the CNC is much faster, allowing us to significantly reduce production time.

Metal machining for rules and components

The CNC is also used to machine certain metal parts, particularly measuring rules and guiding components used during assembly or installation.

  • Reliable measurements

  • Optimal alignment of components

  • Improved overall production quality

These parts directly contribute to the accuracy of the installations carried out by our technicians.

A technology aligned with our mission

By manufacturing in-house using CNC, we maintain a direct link between design, fabrication and installation.

This in-house expertise enables us to offer solutions that are more precise, more flexible and better adapted while directly supporting the work of rehabilitation professionals and field technicians.
